Wi-Fi® + Bluetooth® 5.0 RF Module – 2.4 GHz IEEE 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth® 5.0 RF transceiver module with an integrated chip antenna for IoT, industrial automation, smart home, medical, and embedded wireless connectivity. Operates from a 1.62 V to 3.6 V supply, supports Wi-Fi data rates up to 72.2 Mbps (802.11n), +19 dBm transmit power, and −98 dBm receiver sensitivity. Features SPI, SDIO, UART, and I²C host interfaces, integrated power amplifier (PA), low-noise amplifier (LNA), power management circuitry, and supports WEP, WPA, WPA2, Wi-Fi Direct®, SoftAP, and Bluetooth BR/EDR + BLE. Specified for operation over a −40°C to +85°C temperature range and housed in a surface-mount certified RF module (22.4 × 14.7 × 2.0 mm).
