## Description
IEEE 802.3at Power over Ethernet (PoE+) Powered Device Module – High-efficiency isolated PoE Powered Device (PD) module designed for IP cameras, wireless access points, VoIP phones, industrial Ethernet equipment, IoT gateways, access control systems, embedded networking devices, and PoE-powered electronics. The Silvertel AG5412 is fully compliant with IEEE 802.3at (PoE+), accepting a 36 V to 57 V PoE input and delivering a regulated 12 V output at up to 2.5 A (30 W). Features up to 93.3% efficiency, 1.5 kV input-to-output isolation, integrated PD detection and classification, low ripple and noise, short-circuit, overload, and thermal protection, and requires minimal external components for simplified PoE implementation. Packaged in a compact through-hole SIP module (57.0 × 18.0 × 14.0 mm), it operates over a −40°C to +85°C temperature range, making it ideal for rugged industrial and embedded power applications.
