BQ25185 Charger Topology


Placement and board sizing are complete, but routing was rolled back because the generated copper overlapped, and the requested four-layer stackup did not persist. I’m independently verifying the saved state and will attempt one focused stackup correction before finalizing.

  • PCB redimensionada de 160×100 mm a 80×100 mm, esquinas de 2 mm.
  • Stackup corregido y verificado a 4 capas.
  • Los 70 footprints fueron reubicados por dominios, sin solapes de cuerpos ni componentes fuera del contorno.
  • Se conservaron todos los bloqueos y aislamientos BENCH_ONLY; no se inventaron conexiones Remote 14, RF, LM5069 ni de máquina.
  • Los intentos de routing se retiraron al generar solapes de cobre; la PCB queda sin trazas guardadas.
