    TPS7A2033PDBVR

Linear Voltage Regulator IC Positive Fixed 1 Output 300mA SOT-23-5 The TPS7A20 is an ultra-small, low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator that can source 300mA of output current. The TPS7A20 is designed to provide low noise, high PSRR, and excellent load and line transient performance that can meet the requirements of RF and other sensitive analog circuits. Using innovative design techniques, the TPS7A20 offers an ultra-low noise performance without the addition of a noise bypass capacitor. The TPS7A20 also provides the advantage of low quiescent current, which can be ideal for battery-powered applications. With an input voltage range of 1.6V to 6.0V and an output range of 0.8V to 5.5V, the TPS7A20 can be used for a wide variety of applications. The device uses a precision reference circuit to provide a maximum accuracy of 1.5% over load, line, and temperature variations. The TPS7A20 features an internal soft-start to lower the inrush current, thus minimizing the input voltage drop during start up. The device is stable with small ceramic capacitors, allowing for a small overall solution size. The TPS7A20 has a smart enable input circuit with an internally controlled pulldown resistor that keeps the LDO disabled even when the EN pin is left floating and helps eliminate the external components used to pulldown the EN pin • Low output voltage noise: 7μVRMS – No noise-bypass capacitor required • High PSRR: 95dB at 1kHz • Very low IQ: 6.5μA • Input voltage range: 1.6V to 6.0V • Output voltage range: 0.8V to 5.5V • Output voltage tolerance: ±1.5% (max) • Very low dropout: – 140mV (max) at 300mA (VOUT = 3.3V) – 145mV (max) at 300mA (VOUT = 3.3V, DBV) • Low inrush current • Smart enable pulldown • Stable with 1µF minimum ceramic output capacitor • Packages: – 1mm × 1mm X2SON (DQN) – 0.616mm × 0.616mm DSBGA (YCK) – 0.612mm × 0.612mm DSBGA (YCJ) – 2.9mm × 2.8mm SOT23-5 (DBV) #CommonPartsLibrary #IntegratedCircuit #PowerManagement #LDO

    TPS62840DLCR

1.8V to 6.5V, 750mA, 60nA IQ step-down converter The TPS62840 is a high-efficiency step-down converter with ultra-low operating quiescent current of typically 60 nA. The device contains special circuitry to achieve just 120 nA IQ in 100% mode to further extend battery life near the end of discharge. The device uses DCS-Control to cleanly power radios and operates with a typical switching frequency of 1.8 MHz. In Power-Save Mode, the device extends the light load efficiency down to a load current range of 1 μA and below. 16 predefined output voltages can be selected by connecting a resistor to pin VSET, making the device flexible for various applications with a minimum amount of external components. The STOP pin of the device immediately eliminates any switching noise in order to take a noise-free measurement in test and measurement systems. The TPS62840 provides an output current of up to 750 mA. With an input voltage of 1.8 V to 6.5 V, the device supports multiple power sources such as 2S to 4S Alkaline, 1S to 2S Li-MnO2 , or 1S Li-Ion/LiSOCl2 • 60-nA operating quiescent current • 100% duty-cycle mode with 120-nA IQ • Input voltage range VIN from 1.8 V to 6.5 V • Output current up to 750 mA • RF friendly DCS-Control™ • 80% efficiency at 1 µA IOUT (3.6 VIN to 1.8 VOUT) • 16 selectable output voltages via VSET pin • Auto transition PFM/PWM or forced-PWM mode • Selectable forced PWM and STOP modes • Output discharge function • 25-nA shutdown current • SON-8, WCSP-6 and thermally enhanced HVSSOP-8 packages #CommonPartsLibrary #IntegratedCircuit #PowerManagement
