60V E-Scooter Battery Charger Design

Make a pcb who convert ac 220v to dc 60v 6 ah dc powercurrent for e scooty lithium battery .
I haven’t changed the PCB; the current project is a USB-powered low-voltage board, not suitable for a 220 V AC lithium-battery charger. This needs a new isolated AC/DC charger with constant-current/constant-voltage control, mains protection, and battery-specific charge limits—not simply a 60 V power supply.
Before designing it, I need the battery label or its chemistry, series cell count, and specified full-charge voltage. Also, do you mean 6 A charging current or 6 Ah battery capacity? A battery advertised as “60 V” generally needs a different full-charge voltage, so guessing could damage it or cause a fire.
No design work was performed. Execution stopped because your ACUs ran out.

Reconstruction policy
Use exact visible designators where readable. Use common Flux library parts for U1, U2, U3, Q1, and Q2 where the image is unclear. Use generic passives with the visible values and add notes where confidence is limited.
Verification notes
This schematic is image-derived and must be checked against the original CAD/BOM before fabrication.
