PCB Design Assistance


I’ll make the PCB layout clearer by giving the board more space, then arranging parts by function: AC input/rectifier/regulator on one side, audio input/amplifier in the middle, and speaker output at the edge. I’ll size the board first, place with generous spacing, then run a layout review.
Placement is now spread out, but old trace fragments from the previous cramped placement are still on the board and causing false spacing conflicts. I’m removing the stale routing only; the schematic connections will stay intact.
Done — I spaced the PCB layout out across a 160 × 100 mm board and grouped it more clearly: input/power on the left/top, amplifier parts in the middle, and speaker/output on the right.
✅ No overlap or out-of-board placement issues remain. The remaining “airwire” checks are expected because I stopped before routing, as requested by the layout workflow.
If this spacing looks good, I can route the PCB next.
i want the same track as the image with the ground
Got it — I’ll route the PCB to follow the same left-to-right path as the image and include a proper ground return. I’ll set wider power/ground routing rules first, then route and verify the board.
Done — I routed the PCB tracks, including the ground connections, following the same overall circuit flow as the image.

✅ No airwire, overlap, missing-footprint, dangling-trace, or invalid-layer issues remain in the final check.
