PWM Fan Controller


I'm planning on building a PWM controller for a 12V 80W universal radiator fan with a SeeedStudio microcontroller for wireless control. I also want to have a physical button for optional direct control of the PWM signal
No design changes have been made yet; the project is still empty. Execution is unavailable because the account has no remaining ACUs.
Remaining work:
  • Select the specific Seeed Studio wireless MCU.
  • Design the 12 V, ~6.7 A fan power stage, protection, and regulated MCU supply.
  • Confirm whether the fan uses a dedicated PWM input or requires low-side power PWM.
  • Add a physical button with firmware-defined manual control behavior.
  • Capture and verify the schematic, then create and validate the PCB layout.
