Project Start Chat

Next steps, once ACUs are available:
  1. Audit the 20 existing components against the specification and remove/replace incorrect parts.
  2. Complete the schematic BOM: power protection, regulator support parts, relay drivers, light MOSFET/protection, battery ADC divider, ultrasonic interfaces, whisker input, connectors, and test points.
  3. Wire all nets, including the exact J1/J2 assignments.
  4. Finalize whisker sensing using the measured states: WHISKER_A relative to WHISKER_B is +5 VDC open and 0 V hit, with galvanic isolation maintained.
  5. Run ERC and independent design review, correcting all actionable faults.
  6. Verify the TE DTM13-12PC-12PD-R008 footprint orientation, cavity numbering, and mating-face mapping against the official customer drawing.
  7. Start PCB layout only after schematic approval; then place, route, run DRC, and validate outdoor/high-current constraints.
  8. Release fabrication files only after connector mapping, whisker bench loading, battery transients, lighting current, and ultrasonic sensor model/pinout are validated.
No project changes were made this turn. Execution cannot resume because your ACUs ran out.
when are my ACUs are available:
I can’t see your ACU balance or renewal date. Check your Flux account’s usage/billing page for the reset date or purchase options; if it looks incorrect, contact Flux support at https://docs.flux.ai/Introduction/getting-support.
No project changes were made, and execution remains stopped because your ACUs ran out.
can you do anything
I can still help with text-only engineering guidance, such as reviewing requirements you paste here, planning tests, explaining circuits, or preparing measurement procedures.
I cannot inspect, edit, wire, or verify the Flux project until ACUs are available. The last confirmed state remains 20 components and 0 nets; execution stopped because your ACUs ran out.
