Create a high level mermaid block diagram of this project. Include key component's manufacturer part number in each block whenever possible.

I’ll inspect the project structure and BOM, then create a concise high-level Mermaid block diagram document with MPNs where available.

I found the major blocks: RP2350 MCU, power tree, M40 interface, XY2/encoder DB25, laser safety, I2C expanders, isolated digital I/O, and analog ADS8688-LZM8688 interface. I’m saving the diagram as a project document now.

Created the high-level Mermaid block diagram and saved it in High Level Block Diagram. It includes the main functional blocks and key MPNs from the schematic/BOM, with caveats for connector-only or ambiguous regulator entries.

本轮完成
  • Sheet 6：U3/U5 I2C、地址、复位、U3 GPB2/3到J_IO IO0/IO1、U3 GPB47到U19U22、U5 GPB2/3/4到Laser Enable/Ready/Fault。
  • Sheet 7：J_IO Pin912到U19U22输入侧，Pin15为DI_COM，Pin13为PWR_3V3，Pin14/16为GND，Pin3~8标No-Connect。
  • Sheet 5：U18与门输入/输出、Interlock上拉与去抖、26Pin Laser Gate/Interlock/GND/PWR_3V3与17~26 NC处理。
  • Sheet 9：LZM8688 AIN0AIN7按规格书顺序连接至U_A17U_A24运放输出，运放配置为电压跟随器，输入侧生成ADC_SENSOR_CH0~7。
ERC抽查结果
当前ERC仍主要为Floating Pin，属于以下类别：
预期/可接受（附录B或当前阶段）
  • MB_INTERLOCK_IN / MB_INTERLOCK_OUT：外部客户现场串联安全链，按附录B应标注No-ERC/External wired by customer。
  • J_LZM_SPI Pin4 RST、Pin5 DAISY：模块复位与菊花链输入尚未分配，需后续确认是否接GPIO或No-Connect。
  • J_M40_A/B未列针脚：M40 50Pin接口尚未完整补全，待按M40手册逐针连接或No-Connect。
  • U3未用GPA/GPB、U1未用GPIO：需按附录A.7加10k上下拉或No-Connect/软件配置说明。
需要后续补齐
  • U_ENC、U_DCDC_3V3、U_DCDC_5V反馈/BOOT/SW/EN/电感网络仍未完整；需按DCDC数据手册补外围。
  • RP2350B电源、QSPI Flash、晶振、USB/SWD、M40 GPIO仍未完整连接。
  • Q1/LM74700防反接详细连接仍未补完。
结论
本轮Sheet 5/6/7/9关键接口网络已补齐，但整机ERC尚未清零；剩余问题主要来自电源转换器外围、MCU基础支持电路、M40接口和未用引脚处理。
