I wasn’t able to perform any of the planned steps due to current API limitations.
Tasks I cannot do:
Add silkscreen text “@Gada.priyank” on the top silkscreen layer (size ~1.2 mm)
Position and verify silkscreen clearance near the board edge
Generate a BOM in CSV format
Export a schematic PDF
Export Gerber files and NC drill files
Generate a pick-and-place CSV
Validate all output files against PCBWay requirements
Success criteria status:
Silkscreen text added and positioned: ❌ not done
All manufacturing output files generated and ready for upload: ❌ not done
Next step:
Manually add the silkscreen text and export the BOM, schematic PDF, Gerbers, NC drills, and pick-and-place file from the Flux UI. Once completed, I can help review the outputs or prepare any additional checks before you upload to PCBWay.
I couldn’t find a dedicated guide for adding silkscreen text in Flux’s docs. It’s possible the exact steps aren’t covered yet. You can explore the full Flux documentation for more details or ask the community for guidance:
Wirelessly connects nets on schematic. Used to organize schematics and separate functional blocks. To wirelessly connect net portals, give them same designator. #portal
