Replaced USB1–USB4 with corrected USB3075-30-A Micro-B connector footprints, restored their nets and placement, and reran checks. Non-routing DRC is clean, USB overlap issues are gone, and routing feasibility now passes: the board is ready for auto-routing.
Open items:
  • 321 airwires remain because routing has not been run yet.
  • I added feasibility width overrides for PWM_0–PWM_7 and USB_DP/DM_NAVC; the USB override clears escape routing but should be reviewed for real 90 Ω USB impedance before manufacturing.
Suggested next steps:
  1. Run auto-route.
  2. Review USB_DP/DM_NAVC controlled-impedance/neckdown strategy after routing.
  3. Run full post-route DRC and fix any remaining violations.

I’ll replace the two PWM headers with one 3×8 header, preserve the eight PWM signals, and map the other two rows to +5V and GND respectively, then verify ERC/DRC impact.

I confirmed the existing mapping: PWM_SIG1 carries PWM_0–PWM_7, while odd pins on PWM_POW1 are +5V and even pins are GND. The library doesn’t have an exact single 3×8 vertical header, so I’m checking whether there’s a usable 3-row/24-pin variant before falling back to an 8×3 servo-header equivalent.
