The controlled update was fully parsed and scoped, but no schematic or documentation changes were applied because no ACUs are available.
Remaining: add and datasheet-verify the AQY212EH interface and JST connector, update the block diagram/firmware/BOM, run ERC, and prove isolation of HP_PWR_SW_A/B. No placement, routing, DRC, or manufacturing work was performed.
I’ll treat these three files as the authoritative Revision A requirements, compare them against the current schematic/BOM, and implement the defined corrections without entering PCB routing or manufacturing export.
The three uploaded files were parsed and reconciled as the authoritative Revision A specification. The current project was audited and confirmed obsolete/incomplete, with legacy buttons/OLED/fan nets and missing timer, optical-state, BOM, isolation, and verification work.
No project changes were applied because no ACUs are available. All schematic corrections, documentation, ERC/isolation validation, PCB layout/routing, DRC, and 3D handoff remain pending.
DevKit onboard Micro-USB → DevKit regulator → 3V3 carrier rail. There is no alternate input and no backfeed path. The exposed DevKit 5V header pin is probe-only.
Functional-block sourcing decision
No matching standalone reference projects were found in the Flux reference-design collection for the ESP32 carrier or I2C/OLED interface. All blocks are therefore built from verified library parts and official manufacturer documentation. The DevKit is represented by two verified 1x22 socket headers because an exact combined carrier part/footprint could not be assumed.
