High-Voltage Amplifier Specification Review

  • 外部接口仅保留三类:220VAC 供电口、信号输入口、信号输出口
  • 不允许外部 ±HV 电源、外部控制、外部反馈、外部使能、外部调试或辅助电源接口
  • 电源架构固定为:220VAC 输入 → 内部保护/EMI/浪涌/整流/PFC → 内部隔离 HV/LV 电源 → BTL 高压输出级
  • 所有保护、监测、放电、互锁、限流、反馈都必须做在设备内部
下一步原理图就按这个边界开始,不再考虑外部高压电源方案。
为信号输入和输出添加隔离接口
我会把信号输入/输出隔离纳入架构:先检查空原理图和现有项目文件,再选择可满足 DC–500 kHz 的隔离实现边界,最后更新规格并在原理图中加入接口占位/隔离功能块。

Selection basis
Design baseline:
  • Output: +/-1000 V peak differential
  • Load: 1.5 nF
  • Frequency target: 0 to 500 kHz
  • Overcurrent threshold: 6 A peak
  • First topology: floating differential BTL fixed-HV-rail linear amplifier
  • Suggested HV rails: +/-600 V to +/-650 V per output leg
  • Sourcing preference: domestic / China supply-chain first, but safety and ratings override sourcing preference

Output-stage SiC MOSFET
A true 1200 V / 1700 V TO-247-4 SiC MOSFET was not found as an exact Flux library part.
Best library starting point:

    • 900 V SiC MOSFET
    • 63 A, 30 mOhm class
    • TO-247-4 / Kelvin-source style package
    • Has datasheet and footprint
    • Not sufficient as final choice for +/-600 V to +/-650 V rails because 900 V rating leaves inadequate voltage margin

    • Candidate if half-bridge style driving is needed
Action: datasheet-check isolation rating, CMTI, drive supply range, Miller clamp behavior, DESAT/OCP timing, and compatibility with selected SiC MOSFET gate charge.
HV output connector
No usable Flux-library SHV/MHV/HV coax PCB connector was found.
External search indicates SHV connector families commonly support high-voltage coax applications, with examples rated around 5 kV DC / 3.5 kV RMS depending manufacturer and series.
Action: select a specific SHV/MHV connector MPN and add/import it to the library before output interface schematic freeze. Ordinary BNC/SMA connectors are not acceptable for this output.
HV feedback divider resistors
Flux library candidates:
  1. CRMV2512AF100KFKEF
    • Vishay Techno 100 kOhm, +/-1%, 1 W, 2512 SMD high-voltage thick-film resistor
    • Candidate divider element
    • Must verify voltage rating and TCR in datasheet
  2. HVC4020V5007JET
    • Ohmite 5 GOhm, +/-5%, 1.5 W high-voltage thick-film resistor
    • Useful for very high-impedance paths, but tolerance may be too loose for precision feedback
Action: build a compensated divider using series resistor strings so each resistor stays within voltage rating. Add compensation capacitors after choosing divider ratio and bandwidth.
HV supply module
No direct Flux library match was found for an isolated AC/DC or DC/DC module generating +/-600 V to +/-650 V rails.
Closest library result:
  • R15-100B
    • RECOM isolated HV DC/DC module
    • 14-17 V input, 59-130 V output, 50 mA
    • Not sufficient for +/-600 V rails
Auxiliary supply candidates:
  • RAC10-15DK/277
    • RECOM isolated AC/DC, 80-305 VAC input, dual +/-15 V output
    • Useful for isolated analog auxiliary supply, not HV rails
  • TMR 3-2411
    • Traco isolated DC/DC, 18-36 V to 5 V, 1600 VDC isolation
    • Useful for low-power isolated auxiliary rails, not HV rails
Action: either use a certified external/custom HV supply module for prototype, or design an isolated HV supply as a separate validated block. Do not proceed with PCB-level HV supply layout until the supply topology, power level, insulation, and safety standard are defined.

The project can start with low-voltage control, signal input conditioning, protection logic, and abstracted HV power/output blocks. The final HV output stage and output connector should not be frozen until missing high-voltage parts are selected and datasheets are checked.
