Confirmed key nets exist for net-classing: BATT, USB_5V, VBOOST_24V, GND, and signals.
Ran preliminary DRC checks and found the board is not yet ready for routing (active Airwires and Floating Copper errors).
Success criteria review
❌ 2-layer PCB stackup with clearly defined functional zones (Flux assistant cannot create/annotate PCB zones programmatically)
❌ Components placed per specified zones and designators (Flux assistant cannot move/place PCB components programmatically)
❌ Net classes assigned with 25 mil for power and 10 mil width/8 mil clearance for signal nets (no accessible net-class/ruleset nodes were returned, so I cannot apply these rules via tool)
❌ GND pours established on both layers with 12 mil isolation and stitching vias deployed (Flux assistant cannot create pours/vias programmatically; also existing floating copper errors indicate fills need manual attention)
In the PCB editor, please (1) set the layout stackup to 2-layer, (2) place parts into the requested zones, (3) create/apply net classes (Power: 25 mil for BATT/USB_5V/VBOOST_24V; Signal: 10 mil width and 8 mil clearance), and (4) add top/bottom GND pours with 12 mil isolation plus stitching vias.
After you do that, tell me and I will re-run DRC and verify the constraints are correctly applied.
Wirelessly connects nets on schematic. Used to organize schematics and separate functional blocks. To wirelessly connect net portals, give them same designator. #portal
