The project is currently empty; no carrier-board circuitry has been added. Building a Raspberry Pi CM5 carrier requires requirements such as power input, display/camera, USB, Ethernet, PCIe, storage, GPIO, and board dimensions.

Execution is blocked because no ACUs are currently available. Once ACUs are available, I can define the architecture, capture the schematic, validate it, and proceed through PCB placement and routing.
