Grace supports data-acquisition hardware. She was the team's only PADS engineer, and she retired. The power design needs a regulator the team can source and clear test points for board bring-up.

Her note to the engineer who inherits the board:

> "The LTM8051 regulator (U3) has a long lead time and we can't get it for our next build. Find an in-stock replacement that supplies the same rails with enough current, swap it in the schematic and on the PCB, update the support parts, and tell me what changed."

## Dear past self,

U3 now specifies LTM8051IY#PBF. Flux updated its support-part identities and added five labeled test points to the PCB. TP1 through TP5 connect to the 12 V, 3.3 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, and 1.0 V rails.

The named points give Grace's successor clear places to probe each supply during board bring-up.

The replacement regulator at U3.

The board keeps its existing outline and mounting pattern as the enclosure reference. The update centers on the regulator, its support parts, and five labeled supply points for bring-up.

The five rail labels keep the test points clear in the PCB view during board bring-up.
