Oui. Pour une version éducative simplifiée, je structurerais le schéma en 5 blocs : alimentation, CPU/SoC, mémoire, interfaces rapides, et GPIO/extension.

  1. Bloc alimentation
    • USB-C 5 V / 3 A
    • Protection d’entrée : fusible ou eFuse, TVS, condensateurs bulk
    • Régulateur buck 5 V -> 3.3 V
    • Régulateur 3.3 V ou 5 V -> 1.8 V
    • Nets principaux : 5V, 3V3, 1V8, GND
  2. Bloc CPU / SoC
    • BCM2711 ou symbole simplifié équivalent
    • Découplage dense : 100 nF par broche d’alim symbolique + quelques 10 uF
    • Signaux sortants groupés par interface : HDMI, USB, Ethernet, SDIO, GPIO, RAM
    • Ajouter des broches symboliques plutôt qu’un vrai BGA complet si l’objectif est éducatif
  3. Bloc mémoire
    • 16 Go LPDDR4 représentés symboliquement
    • Pads ou empreinte BGA mémoire
    • Signaux groupés : DDR_DQ, DDR_ADDR, DDR_CLK, DDR_CTRL
    • Ne pas router en détail ; indiquer en sérigraphie ou note : “DDR4 symbolic, not length matched”

Pour l’alimentation, je te conseille de faire un budget de courant simplifié avant de choisir les régulateurs : avec USB-C 5 V / 3 A, vise au moins 3 A sur le chemin 5 V, puis dimensionne le buck 3.3 V autour de 1.5 A à 2 A minimum pour rester cohérent avec une carte type SBC éducative.
