Designing a complete product in Flux is an iterative workflow where electronics, PCB layout, firmware planning, and mechanical fit stay in one project.
- PCB-first: Define requirements → design and verify the schematic → size and lay out the PCB → route and validate it → build an enclosure around the finished board. Best when electrical constraints, connector placement, RF, or board cost drive the product.
- Enclosure-first: Define how the product is held, mounted, and accessed → establish the enclosure, controls, ports, and mechanical envelope → design the PCB to fit those constraints → verify the full assembly. Best when ergonomics, appearance, mounting, or a fixed form factor drives the product.
In either workflow, I can inspect the current design, make coordinated electrical and mechanical changes, verify fit and connectivity, and prepare manufacturing outputs. No project changes were made in this session; execution stopped because your ACUs ran out.
