Explain the full process
Building hardware usually follows five phases: define requirements, design the schematic, lay out the PCB, manufacture/assemble it, then bring it up and debug it. The key expectation is iteration: Rev 1 commonly exposes a swapped pin, footprint issue, weak power rail, or missing support component. Plan for 2–3 board revisions; that is normal engineering, not failure.
Flux can accelerate design, checking, layout, and revisions, but not fabrication and shipping. A simple board may take days to two weeks to design, while a more complex power/RF/control board can take several weeks; each physical revision may add another couple of weeks for manufacturing and assembly. No project work or design changes were made in this session. Execution stopped because your ACUs ran out.
