Manual routing continued, but the remaining board cannot be completed cleanly with the available pad-to-pad router.

Accomplished:

Routed additional ESP32/programming, display UART, RS485 control, flame sensor, 3.3 V, and local branches.
Removed overlapping copper and dangling/floating trace fragments created during the attempt.

Open items:

Remaining airwires: 57
Floating copper: 4 internal via objects
DRC status: FAIL
Some remaining pads/vias are exposed by DRC as internal IDs or are visible in layout but not accepted by the routing tool, so I cannot finish them from this session without the full PCB editor/manual UI or full-board autorouter.

Suggested next steps:

Open the PCB editor UI and manually route the remaining DRC-highlighted airwires.
Delete the 4 floating via objects visually in the PCB editor.
Re-run DRC after those edits.
If available, use the Flux full-board autorouter from the UI instead of the limited pad-to-pad router.
