Adding Text on PCB

Here’s the most relevant entry I found related to adding text on a PCB:
To add a silkscreen element:
  • Left-click on the Layout object in the objects tree to ensure it’s selected
  • Right-click > Add > Silk Line / Silk Circle / Silk Rectangle
A silk text is a particular kind of silkscreen that lets you add text to your PCB.
You can modify the stroke length, spacing, style, and width of these elements using the appropriate rules.
HOW DO YOU ADD THE THERMINAL BLOCK LABELS
I’m not entirely sure, but I found documentation that may help:
To add a silkscreen element:
  • Left-click on the Layout object in the objects tree to ensure it’s selected
  • Right-click > Add > Silk Line / Silk Circle / Silk Rectangle
A silk text is a particular kind of silkscreen that lets you add text to your PCB.
HOW DO YOU SEE THE POLARITY OF THE TERMINAL BLOCKS?
I couldn’t find any Flux documentation on viewing the polarity of terminal blocks. It’s possible that this feature isn’t currently exposed in the PCB editor.
You can check the full Flux documentation or ask in the community for updates:

I just reverted the logo back to the original pen logo

This part would be an improvement on vasyl's note because that one has a big SVG which gets in the way of the schematic.

For some reason, I cannot see the pen logo when I use this part.
