create a pcb module where we can input current max 24v and can output 3.3v , 5v, 12v and add some 5 terminals for each volt to output , create it , flawless design pls and no overheating , and a small display for status means its charging and add a charging module , use diodes for safety and add a logo name "Ocean Shield"
I’m blocked from creating or modifying the PCB right now because this account has no available ACUs, so AI design execution is unavailable.
Current project state:
New empty project: Modest Moccasin X-Wing
Components: 0
Nets: 0
No schematic, PCB layout, charger, display, terminals, protection diodes, or “Ocean Shield” logo have been added yet.
What remains to be done once ACUs are available:
Define exact input source: 24 V DC input only, or battery/charger input as well.
Select power architecture for 3.3 V, 5 V, and 12 V outputs with thermal-safe buck regulators.
Add 5 output terminals per voltage rail.
Add input protection: fuse, reverse-polarity protection, TVS diode, and safety diodes as appropriate.
Add charging module/status display circuitry.
Create schematic, verify power budget/thermal limits, then place and route PCB.
Add silkscreen logo text: Ocean Shield.
To make the design flawless and avoid overheating, I’ll need the required output current for each rail: 3.3 V max current, 5 V max current, and 12 V max current.
Wirelessly connects nets on schematic. Used to organize schematics and separate functional blocks. To wirelessly connect net portals, give them same designator. #portal
