Setting Hole Size in PCB Design

To set a specific order for all pins, follow these steps:
  • Select the terminals (pins) you want to reorder.
  • In the properties inspector, locate the Terminal Order property.
  • Assign each terminal a number—the lower the number, the earlier it will appear.
  • If needed, you can also use the Pin Group property to group related pins together.

Why does the rectangle shape appear to be all fuzzy? it's like its not ontop of the PCB but is IN the first layer
According to the documentation, a fuzzy rectangle shape often occurs when the object is not correctly assigned to the desired layer. Instead, it can appear as part of the underlying layer (such as the first layer), resulting in a less defined, "fuzzy" visual appearance. Check the layer assignments and rule selectors for your PCB outline, ensuring it’s set as part of the top copper or designated board outline layer rather than a general background object.
