Provides 84 mA ripple current at 120 Hz, 126 mA ripple current at 10 kHz, 35 µA maximum leakage current, and tan δ = 0.14 (120 Hz, 20°C). Qualified to AEC-Q200, housed in a 6.3 × 7.7 mm radial-can SMD package, and specified for operation over a −55°C to +105°C temperature range.
