I could not find Flux documentation for exporting a project directly to a KiCad file format. This likely means the feature is not available in Flux right now.
The most relevant documentation I can cite is how to export manufacturing files (Gerbers, etc.). Quoting Flux docs verbatim:

How to Export:
Click the Flux logo in the top-left corner
Navigate to Export > Manufacturing Files (Gerbers, etc)
The ZIP file will be downloaded automatically
Validation: After exporting, it's recommended to validate your Gerber files using an online viewer like tracespace.io before sending to your manufacturer. Learn more in the Manufacturing & Export Guide”
