Siguientes pasos sugeridos:
  1. Revisar footprint real de C1, C2, C3 y L1.
  2. Reforzar copper/fills de potencia.
  3. Correr revisión pre-manufactura completa.

ESP32-S3 DevKit Socket Notes
Hardware Approach
  • The ESP32-S3-DEVKITC-1U-N8R8 is now intended to plug into removable socket/header strips instead of being soldered as a fixed board component.
  • J14 corresponds to the DevKit J1 row: Samtec SSW-122-01-F-S female receptacle, 1×22, 2.54 mm pitch.
  • J15 corresponds to the DevKit J3 row: Samtec SSW-122-01-F-S female receptacle, 1×22, 2.54 mm pitch.
  • Mechanical target from Espressif DevKitC geometry: two 22-pin rows, 2.54 mm pitch, 22.86 mm row-to-row spacing.
  • These are actual female receptacle/socket connectors intended to accept the ESP32-S3 DevKit male pin headers already soldered to the DevKit.
Power Connections
  • J14 pin 21VOUT_5V for DevKit 5 V input.
  • J14 pin 22, J15 pin 1, J15 pin 21, J15 pin 22GND.
  • J14 pin 1 and J14 pin 2ESP_3V3; this rail is used for flowmeter pull-ups.
Current Pin Use
  • J15 pin 5 / GPIO2 → ACT1_SIGNAL.
  • J14 pin 13 / GPIO3 → ACT2_SIGNAL.
  • J14 pin 4 / GPIO4 → FLOW1_PULSE.
  • J14 pin 5 / GPIO5 → FLOW2_PULSE.
  • J14 pin 15 / GPIO9 → SOL1_RELAY_CTRL.
  • J14 pin 16 / GPIO10 → SOL2_RELAY_CTRL.
  • Unused socket pins are marked No Connect intentionally.
Firmware Starter Notes
  • Target: ESP32-S3.
  • Flash/PSRAM variant: N8R8 means 8 MB flash and 8 MB PSRAM.
  • Initial bring-up firmware should verify boot, serial logging, Wi-Fi/BLE availability, actuator outputs, flowmeter pulse inputs, and 5 V rail stability during radio activity.
Regulatory Note
  • This board uses an Espressif Wi-Fi/BLE development board installed on sockets. For productization, preserve the approved antenna/module conditions, avoid copper/metal near the antenna area, and review FCC/CE/UKCA requirements for the final enclosure and host product.
