ASM2464PD Reconstruction Status
Source files used
  • main.kicad_sch — child schematic sheet containing multi-unit ASM2464PD signal symbols using A_my_stuff:ASM2464PD and footprint field A-my-stuff:ASM2464PD.
  • power.kicad_sch — child schematic sheet containing ASM2464PD power units for VDD, VCCL, VCCH, VCCA33, GND/GNDA.
  • ASM2464PD.kicad_pcb — board file containing footprint A-my-stuff:ASM2464PD with BGA/FC-CSP-style pads and pad functions.
What was recovered
The uploaded files are enough to confirm a much better ASM2464PD reference than the current 14-pin placeholder. The KiCad PCB footprint shows a roughly 10 mm x 10 mm FC-CSP/BGA-style footprint with 0.46 mm pitch and 0.18 mm / 0.25 mm pad features. The schematic sheets show the symbol split into multiple units and tied to the same footprint.
A partial reconstructed Flux component was created here for verification:
It currently exposes 124 recovered terminals from the available excerpts. This is better than the existing placeholder but is not yet a complete verified production component.
Important limitation
I did not replace U1 in the main project because the reconstructed component could not yet be inserted back into the schematic as a library part. The generated part project exists, and inspection confirms it contains 124 terminal objects, but the add-component path did not expose a usable library part UID for insertion into the current project.
Replacing U1 before the reconstructed component is verified and insertable would risk breaking the current schematic connections.

Upload the actual library files if available:
  • A-my-stuff.kicad_sym or equivalent .kicad_sym
  • ASM2464PD.kicad_mod or equivalent footprint file
  • Optional STEP model
Those files should let Flux import a proper reusable component rather than reconstructing from schematic/PCB excerpts. If those are unavailable, the part project above should be manually completed/verified in Flux before U1 is replaced in this design.
