Your project currently consists of a 100kΩ Trimpot represented with three designators (P1, P2, and P3) that correspond to the three pins of this Trimpot. However, as of the time of my training (September 2023), Flux doesn't support circuit simulations. That being said, I can guide you through setting up a simulation in some other common tools such as SPICE or LTspice.
For a simple potentiometer or Trimpot model in SPICE, you could use two resistors. For this 100kΩ potentiometer, you start with two 50kΩ resistors. As you adjust the potentiometer, the resistance of one resistor goes up while the other goes down, so that the total resistance is always 100kΩ. Here's an example way to include it in a SPICE netlist:
R1 N1 0 50k
R2 N1 N2 50k
In this netlist, you're defining two resistors, R1, and R2. 'N1' and 'N2' are the nodes in the circuit, and '0' denotes ground. R1 is connected between the wiper (node 'N1') and one end of the pot (ground in this case), and R2 is connected between the wiper (N1) and the other end of the pot (node 'N2'). Both resistors start with a value of 50kΩ.
You can adjust these resistances to simulate the wiper moving along the Trimpot. For example, for 30% rotation, you could use:
R1 N1 0 30k
R2 N1 N2 70k
Please note that this is a simple model and does not account for all the real-world characteristics of a potentiometer or Trimpot. Also, remember that not all simulation tools may have the same levels of support for potentiometers. Try checking with your simulation tool's documentation or community for more details on modelling complex components such as potentiometers.
