You want a manufacturable 2-layer (bottom solid GND) universal 915 MHz LoRa node PCB (ATmega328P-AU + E22-900M22S + U.FL) with 12 V input protection, 3.3 V buck, buttons, battery sense, PT4115 RGB COB drivers, and RGB strip MOSFET outputs.
  • I’ve prepared a ready-to-execute plan:
    1. Freeze interfaces/zones/rules (80 x 60 mm, trace widths, RF keepout).
    2. Build the full schematic (power chain, buck + star branches, MCU, radio, LED/strip).
    3. Do placement/routing per zones with bottom GND plane + stitching.
    4. Validate (ERC/DRC, ground continuity, RF keepout, switching loops).
    5. Export deliverables (BOM, netlist, pinout table, mfg/RF/thermal notes).

You’re ready to build a manufacturable 2-layer universal 915 MHz LoRa node PCB.
  • Plan is ready to execute:
    1. Implement 12 V input protection chain (fuse, reverse-pol MOSFET, SMBJ24A, bulk caps) and create VBAT_PROT.
    2. Add 3.3 V buck + star distribution with ferrite-isolated radio branch.
    3. Add ATmega328P-AU @ 3.3 V/8 MHz + UART header, and the E22-900M22S edge RF section + U.FL.
    4. Add buttons, battery sense, PT4115 x3 COB drivers, and RGB strip N-MOSFET outputs.
    5. Zone-based placement/routing with bottom solid GND + stitching, then export BOM/netlist/pinout/notes and validate.
