Fix this published PTV09A-4020F-B103 part so its existing STEP model renders mechanically correctly for the Bourns PTV09A-4 horizontal/rear-mount variant. Datasheet: https://www.bourns.com/docs/Product-Datasheets/PTV09.pdf. The shaft axis must be parallel to the PCB plane, aligned with the footprint's front/rear axis, and the body seated on the PCB; current Flux model uses zIsUp:false with no explicit rotation and appears as a vertical/upward shaft. Preserve the verified horizontal footprint geometry and all terminal pin numbers 1,2,3,4(MH1),5(MH2). Inspect model/footprint, correct model-node rotation/position as needed, verify with rendered 3D/layout against datasheet, and publish a new part version. Report exact published part UID/version and model transform.
