Work completed so far:
- Confirmed only H1–H4 are mechanical through holes; other drilled objects are routing vias.
- Upgraded D2 to automotive STPS5H100BY-TR, rated 100 V/5 A.
- Replaced J4 with Molex 53261-0871; pins 1–3 carry CHG_5V and pins 4–6 carry GND, supporting the 3 A output. This requires an 8-position mating harness.
- ERC and component placement were clean after replacement.
- Parallel executors completed the D2/J4 and U7/U8 copper-cleanup passes.
I cannot inspect or reconcile those final cleanup changes because no ACUs remain. Outstanding verification/work:
- Fresh overlap, floating-copper, and dangling-trace DRC.
- Live airwire inventory and complete routing.
- Restore and validate CAN1/CAN2 control signals and local power connections.
- Route remaining power/GND islands.
- Final ERC, DRC, USB/CAN SI, power-integrity, and mechanical validation.
