Recommended design plan when execution is available:
Rename/project-spec: create a meaningful project name and requirements note.
Power input: USB-C receptacle configured for 5 V default sink with CC pull-downs, ESD protection, reverse-current protection, OVP/UVLO/OCP protection sized for 0.5–3 A USB sources.
Power regulation: protected 5 V rail feeding a high-efficiency 3.3 V regulator sized from a full power budget.
Wireless MCU: select an ultra-low-power Wi-Fi + BLE 5.x module, likely ESP32-C6/ESP32-C3 class depending on exact BLE/Wi-Fi requirements, with antenna keepout and boot/programming support.
Sensor: add a low-power digital temperature/RH sensor over I²C with required pull-ups, decoupling, and address/alert handling as needed.
USB-C/user I/O: add USB-C VBUS-only power input, optional USB data/programming if desired, reset/boot buttons, status LED, and test points.
Validation: consult datasheets for every IC/module, wire recommended application circuits, add all decoupling/protection passives, run ERC/review until clean, then ask for confirmation before layout.
Once credits are available, the next action is to build the complete schematic first, validate it, and only then proceed to PCB layout.
