Relay-drive inspection found a critical root cause: U13/U14 inputs receive the bounded pulse signals, but all 16 driver outputs are disconnected, and the eight AC terminals have no relays/contact paths attached. U1’s XI/XO pair is also not an optional unused pair; it requires datasheet-level clock resolution before production.
The audit confirms 34 ERC errors: 16 disconnected relay-driver outputs, 16 floating AC terminal pins because relays are absent, and 2 unresolved W55RP20 clock pins. The PCB also has 460 airwires and 143 components missing production MPNs, so it cannot safely be completed or released until exact relay parts and their verified footprints are added.
I’ll finish this as a gated engineering rebuild: add the exact relay/clock implementations, close schematic ERC, finalize sourcing, then complete zoned placement and routing before independent production verification. I will only generate manufacturing files if mains isolation, zero-airwire, ERC/DRC, and BOM gates all pass.

Received notification from "Schematic Remediation" that it finished — picking the work back up.
The schematic-production executor has completed, but I cannot inspect or reconcile its edits because no ACUs are currently available. The remaining work is to verify the relay/clock implementation and ERC, complete production part assignments, finish zoned PCB placement and routing, then pass mains-clearance, DRC, thermal/current-density, and manufacturing-export gates; the board is not yet approved for production.
