The PCB setup and placement are now complete and verified:
- 100 × 100 mm rectangular, standard 2-layer board
- Four symmetric 3.2 mm M3 mounting holes at ±44 mm
- All 17 components placed top-side and within bounds
- Zero overlap, keepout, edge-placement, missing-footprint, or stackup violations
- Routing preflight initially passed with 25 airwires remaining
Auto-routing was started but paused before completion. It returned a generic placement anomaly that still needs inspection, despite the preceding placement checks being clean.
Remaining work
- Inspect and resolve the router’s generic placement anomaly.
- Resume routing all 25 connections.
- Add and verify GND copper and stitching vias.
- Run final ERC, DRC, and airwire checks.
- Export Gerbers, NC drills, BOM, and pick-and-place data.
Execution stopped because your ACUs ran out.
