Här är vad “en liten 5 V‑boost bara för LED1” innebär i praktiken, från 3.3 V batterisystemet.
Vad du lägger till
  • En liten step‑up (boost) från 3.3 V till en ny rail P_5V_LED som endast matar LED1.
  • Passiva kring boost:
    • Spole ca 4.7 uH (dimensioneras enligt vald ICs datablad), t.ex. FXL0420-4R7-M.
    • In/ut‑kondensatorer: 10 µF keramik (minst 6.3 V) på både VIN och VOUT + 100 nF nära IC‑pinnarna, t.ex. C2012X5R0J106M085AB och CL10B104KB8NNNC.
    • Serie‑Schottky på 5 V LED‑railen för skydd/isolering: B5819W.
  • Valfritt (strömspar): MCU‑styrd avstängning av 5 V LED‑railen med P‑MOSFET (high‑side load switch), t.ex. DMP3013SFV-7. Alternativt välj en boost‑IC med “output disconnect” (kontrollera i databladet).
Schemaändringar i ditt projekt
  • Skapa ny net: P_5V_LED.
  • Koppla LED1 VDD från P_3V3 till P_5V_LED. Låt LED1 GND kvar på GND.
  • Flytta/komplettera avkoppling:
    • 100 nF precis vid LED‑VDD/GND‑pinnarna (C_LED1 kan användas om den placeras mycket nära).
    • 10 µF på P_5V_LED nära LED (lägg till en ny 10 µF).
    • 10 µF + 100 nF på boost‑VIN (P_3V3) och 10 µF + 100 nF på boost‑VOUT (P_5V_LED).
  • Data: behåll seriemotståndet R_LED nära källan. 3.3 V data mot 5 V‑matad WS2812 fungerar normalt (kontrollera VIH i ditt LED‑datablad). Håll returvägen (GND) obruten under ledningen.
Layouttips som är viktiga här
  • Placera boost‑IC, spole och in/ut‑kondensatorer mycket tätt (minimera den switchande slingan). Håll SW‑noden kort.
  • Placera 0.1 µF direkt vid LED1‑pinnen och den större kondensatorn strax intill.
  • Ha ett sammanhängande GND‑plan under boost och LED, undvik slitsar i returvägen.
  • Sätt serie‑Schottkyn B5819W i början av P_5V_LED för skydd som praxis för WS2812‑matningar.
Strömbudget (full vit, 1 st LED)
  • 60 mA vid 5 V ≈ 0.3 W. Med antagen verkningsgrad 85 % drar boosten cirka 0.107 A från 3.3 V. Det är enhetens extra toppström när LED lyser vitt.
