Modify Connector in PCB Design

Tôi sẽ kiểm tra xem dự án gốc lamthientieu/esp32 còn truy cập được không; nếu đọc được, tôi sẽ dùng nó làm nguồn để phục dựng/thay J_DWIN. Nếu không đọc được, phương án còn lại là dựng thủ công từ Gerber/BOM và cần bạn xác nhận connector 1.0 mm muốn dùng.
Không cần import .flx nữa. Dự án gốc vẫn còn mở được tại:
Cách đúng nhất là:
  1. Mở link trên.
  2. Vào menu góc trái.
  3. Chọn Clone Project.
  4. Clone về tài khoản của bạn.
  5. Sau khi clone xong, gửi tôi link project clone đó — tôi sẽ sửa trực tiếp J_DWIN.
Tôi đã đọc được dữ liệu dự án gốc: J_DWIN hiện là FFC2B35-10-G, 10 pin, pitch 0.5 mm. Pin quan trọng:
  • Pin 1–3: 5V
  • Pin 5: DWIN_RXD
  • Pin 6: DWIN_TXD
  • Pin 8–10: GND
Sau khi bạn clone được project, tôi sẽ thay connector sang loại 10 pin pitch 1.0 mm hoặc tạo footprint custom nếu thư viện chưa có đúng part.

  • The current project started empty, so there was no existing schematic or PCB to directly modify.
  • The .flx file appears to be a Flux project export. It is intended to be re-imported/opened through Flux project import/open workflow, not treated as an EDA library part import.
  • The EDIF file could not be searched successfully by the file reader in this session, so a complete schematic-level netlist was not available from it.
  • The Gerber ZIP contained a BOM, pick-and-place, Gerbers, drill file, and IPC-D-356 file. It provided enough information to identify several components and confirm the J_DWIN footprint, but not enough to safely recreate the complete schematic with all electrical nets.

  • Therefore the existing design really uses a 10-pin 0.5 mm FFC/FPC connector.

  3. The exact 10-pin 1.0 mm FFC/FPC connector is not currently available in the Flux library search results.
Import/open the .flx export into Flux using the project import/open workflow first. Once the design is actually present in the project, replace J_DWIN with an exact 10-pin 1.0 mm FFC/FPC part if available, or create/import a custom part/footprint such as Hirose FH12-10S-1SH(55) or another confirmed 10-position 1.0 mm bottom-contact FFC/FPC connector.
