The requested design direction was changed to a passive, externally clamped divider:
- 27 kΩ series resistor
- 10 kΩ resistor to common ground
- 4.7 V through-hole Zener clamp
- Nominal output: 3.24 V at 12 V input, 4.32 V at 16 V input
- Single through-hole solder-wire output
- J1 pin 2 retained as common ground
- Q1, R3, J2, and the 5 V rail targeted for removal
The schematic-revision executor reported completion, but I could not perform the required independent readback and ERC verification. PCB resizing, revised component placement, autorouting, and final DRC were not completed. Before the revision, the board was still the oversized 160 × 100 mm, four-layer outline with seven unrouted connections; that layout state should not be treated as final.
Execution stopped because your ACUs ran out.
