BLDC Motor Sürücü Tasarımı

I’ll look for a Blue Pill module part, capture the existing STM32 pin connections, then replace U1 and reconnect the nets to the module headers where the Blue Pill exposes matching signals.
I found a suitable library part for the requested module:
  • STM32 Blue Pill Breakout
  • partUid: 1f26f752-1a48-43fb-ad02-ccd6e19947ae
  • 40-terminal Blue Pill-style development board/module
I also captured the existing STM32G491 connections needed for remapping, including PWM, BEMF ADC, DC bus sense, current sense, SWD, UART, reset, BOOT0, 3V3, and CTRL_GND nets.
I’m blocked now because the account has no available ACUs, so AI execution tools are unavailable. Remaining work once ACUs are available:
  • Inspect the Blue Pill module’s exact exposed pin names.
  • Replace existing U1 STM32G491 LQFP MCU with the Blue Pill module.
  • Reconnect compatible nets: PA0/PA1/PA2, PB0/PB1, PA8/PA9/PA10, PB13/PB14/PB15, PA13/PA14, PB6/PB7, NRST, BOOT0, 3V3, GND.
  • Flag any incompatible/remapped pins.
  • Run ERC and fix any resulting warnings.

Top Risk Priority Actions
  1. Select final 650 V IPM/gate-driver architecture with built-in fault protection.
  2. Define isolation partition and safe debug/programming method.
  3. Add hardware OCP/OVP/OTP/gate-disable paths independent of firmware.
  4. Validate C1 bleeder timing and resistor voltage/power margins.
  5. Add EMI filter and layout safety constraints before PCB work.

Motor exact model, rated phase current, peak/stall current, target RPM, braking behavior, ambient temperature, enclosure airflow, and final power-stage selection are still required.
