Temperature and Humidity Sensor Node Design

Make me a temperature and humidity sensor node with Wifi and Bluetooth, powered by USB-C (5V) for consumer use.
It should be a low-power environmental node with a digital T/RH sensor, ultra-low-power MCU with Wi-Fi + Bluetooth (dual-radio) — 2.4 GHz 802.11 b/g/n plus BLE 5.x powered by USB-C (5 V) — USB-C receptacle 5 V default; include reverse/OVP/UVLO/OCP protection and plan for 0.5–3 A sources.
I can’t execute project changes right now because this account has no available ACUs, so AI design actions are unavailable.
Current project state: this is a new empty Flux project with 0 components and 0 nets; no schematic or PCB work has been performed yet.
What remains to build your requested USB-C powered Wi‑Fi/BLE temperature-humidity sensor node:
  • Select the MCU/module, likely an ESP32-C3/S3 class certified module for 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi 802.11 b/g/n + BLE 5.x.
  • Select a digital T/RH sensor, e.g. Sensirion SHT4x/SHT3x or TI HDC series.
  • Design USB-C 5 V input with CC pull-downs, ESD, reverse protection, OVP, UVLO, and OCP sized for 0.5–3 A sources.
  • Add 5 V to 3.3 V regulation and calculate the power budget.
  • Add programming/debug interface, boot/reset circuitry, I2C pullups, test points, and decoupling.
  • Create consumer-use documentation: bring-up plan, firmware pin map, and regulatory notes for Wi‑Fi/BLE module integration.
Once ACUs are available, I can create the schematic, select components, wire the design, verify ERC, and prepare the initial PCB layout.
