Resolve the current Manufacturer Part Number review blockers without changing electrical connectivity, placement, footprints, or routing.
For actual assembled components missing MPNs, assign appropriate existing approved manufacturer part numbers consistent with their current value/package/specification.
For PCB-only test points/pogo targets that are not purchased or assembled components, including TP11, TP12, TP16, TP23–TP40, mark them as exclude from BOM / DNP / PCB feature only using Flux’s appropriate property. Do not invent manufacturer part numbers for test-point pads.
Then re-run the manufacturing review and report any remaining items that genuinely require MPN assignment.
Do not modify routing or the current PCB geometry.

I’ll resolve only BOM/MPN metadata: identify assembled components lacking MPNs, mark the specified PCB-only pads as non-BOM features, then rerun the manufacturing review. I will not alter connectivity, placement, footprints, or routing.

The 21 PCB-only TP features are now excluded from both BOM and pick-and-place. The official PAAA records contain no approved MPNs for the six remaining assembled generic support parts, so I’m not inventing substitutions; I’ll re-run the review to isolate those genuine blockers.

Resolved the Manufacturer Part Number review without changing connectivity, placement, footprints, routing, or geometry.
Marked TP11, TP12, TP16, and TP23–TP40 as Exclude from BOM and Exclude from Pick & Place PCB-only features.
Antenna-candidate supersession (2026-08-26): The Yageo candidate described below is retired from active RF-placement consideration. It is retained as historical evidence only; the current candidate evaluation is Johanson 2450AT18A0100001E / 2450AT18A100E / C89334 in johanson-antenna-placement-review.
Scope and outcome
Antenna implementation: blocked; no antenna component, footprint, copper keepout, tuning change, or RF routing was added.
Interface correction: completed. The TP24–TP35 physical pad/net map was verified; only reversed/misleading row legends were corrected. New SWD pogo labels were added beside TP36–TP40.
No board resize, trace, via, zone, polygon, or autorouting operation was performed.

What the available Yageo evidence establishes
The source identifies a 2.4–2.5 GHz, 50 Ω ceramic antenna with a nominal body of 3.05 mm × 1.55 mm × 0.55 mm and terminal dimension A = 0.40 mm; it identifies S1 as the feed and S2 as GND.
The source includes a board-edge evaluation layout and a solder-pad/reference-layout drawing, but the available extraction did not expose a lossless, dimension-associated copy of Fig. 3 suitable for reproducing pad geometry or its copper-clear geometry. The web source additionally describes Fig. 3 as having a 5.0 mm × 6.0 mm local reference rectangle and multiple inner dimensions, but this is not sufficient to map every dimension to a footprint edge and all four production layers.
The Flux library component reports a 3-terminal ANT-SMD_3P-L3.1-W1.6 footprint, while the datasheet extraction identifies only S1 (feed) and S2 (GND). This terminal/footprint discrepancy is a placement blocker.
Evidence-gate decision
The gate fails for exact manufacturer pad geometry, orientation datum, and copper/ground keepout geometry with layer scope. The available reference appears to distinguish top copper and bottom GND, but does not establish how that two-layer evaluation geometry must be translated to Top, Mid-Layer 1, Mid-Layer 2, and Bottom on this board. Therefore no antenna footprint or keepout has been approximated.
Required source asset to unblock antenna placement: a readable official Yageo Fig. 3/land-pattern drawing (or manufacturer CAD footprint) with pad dimensions, S1/S2 orientation, board-edge datum, and exact copper/ground removal geometry; plus an approved layer-by-layer translation for this 4-layer build. The library footprint must also be reconciled to the authoritative terminal count before use.
Nordic RF network disposition
The existing Nordic PAAA reference-derived RF chain is retained without value, order, or placement changes:
C19 remains the Nordic DNP tuning provision. No additional tuning structure was added because the candidate antenna reference topology is not sufficiently resolved.
Stackup and 50 Ω status
Current board: 22 × 25 mm, 4 layers, 1.30 mm total. The configured stackup has 35 µm outer copper, Top-to-Mid-Layer-1 separation represented as 0.130 mm prepreg + 0.130 mm prepreg with εr 4.3, a Mid-Layer-1 ground plane, 0.711 mm εr 4.8 core between inner layers, then symmetric prepreg to Bottom.
This is not a controlled-impedance fabricator build specification: no fabricator, laminate family/resin-content tolerance, finished dielectric thickness tolerance, solder-mask process stack, copper plating profile, or fabricator impedance coupon/calculator result is established. No 50 Ω width is declared. RF routing remains blocked pending the fabricator’s impedance calculator/result.
Envelope / conflict assessment
No antenna position or keepout was created, so no exact 22 × 25 mm conflict conclusion is possible and no resize was requested.
Current final RF tuning endpoint C19 is at (-3.85, 11.55) mm, 0.95 mm below the top board edge at y = 12.50 mm.
Current C19-to-J2 body clearance is approximately 6.4 mm (nearest J2 footprint boundary); C19-to-nearest manual-bypass matrix boundary is approximately 16.9 mm. These are existing-layout distances, not validated antenna-clearance distances.
Any future antenna selection must be checked against J2, the matrix, and the top-edge envelope only after the exact Yageo footprint/keepout evidence is available.
The copper/net map was already correct. The old row legends were vertically reversed; they were corrected to 1 MOTION through 6 RESET at x = 6.0 mm and y = -2.95, -4.22, -5.49, -6.76, -8.03, -9.30 mm respectively.
SWD pogo labels
Top-silkscreen, 0° labels at x = -1.15 mm, 0.8 mm font height, aligned with the existing PTH column:

Verification and routing decision
Connectivity verification confirms every matrix and SWD pad remains on the listed logical net.
Relevant DRC reports 82 pre-existing airwires and 0 dangling traces. The post-edit airwire count is unchanged.
Post-edit scene inspection confirms the changes are silkscreen text only; no trace, via, zone, or polygon was created.
Routing decision: do not route RF or any other net; do not autoroute. RF routing remains blocked by the antenna-evidence and fabricator-impedance gates.
