Arduino Shield with LED and Button

I wnat to creat an arduino shield that have a LED connected to pin 13 and ad push button connected to pin 4 of the arduino

The shield design was not started, so the project remains empty with no components or nets.
Planned circuit:
  • LED on Arduino D13, with a series current-limiting resistor
  • Push button on Arduino D4, using a pull-up resistor or the Arduino’s internal pull-up
  • Arduino shield headers, power, and ground connections
