Listo. Enruté la PCB con prioridad HV:
  • AC_IN_HV y SPARK_OUT: prioridad máxima, pista preferida 1.5 mm y clearance 2.5 mm.
Estimated time saved vs. manual EDA workflow: ~4–6 horas.

BOM DFM / JLCPCB Cost Audit
Date: 2026-06-21 Project: Smart CDI Motorcycle ECU
Objective
Optimize the schematic BOM for JLCPCB/LCSC assembly cost while preserving motorcycle ECU reliability and safety-critical CDI behavior.
Actions Applied
  • Marked all generic resistors R1-R21 with Preferred Distributors = LCSC and Allow Substitutes = Yes where functionally safe.
  • Kept standard signal/control resistors in 0603 1% JLCPCB-basic-compatible intent.
  • Upsized HV feedback divider upper resistors R18/R19 from 0603 to 0805 for better voltage margin.
  • Marked generic ceramic capacitors C1-C20 with LCSC/JLCPCB substitution intent.
  • Marked bulk capacitors C6 and C21 as LCSC-substitutable but requiring low-ESR/voltage/footprint approval.
  • Locked C_HV and T1 as manual-BOM/mechanically validated items rather than low-cost JLCPCB Basic substitutions.
Stock / Cost Risks Found From Current BOM

Table

ItemCurrent PartIssueRecommendation
D1SMBJ15A / C499833Current BOM showed LCSC stock 0 for selected SHIKUES variantPrefer alternate SMBJ15A-13-F / C135046 or SMBJ15A-T3 / C113988 after confirming live stock before order.
D9SS34 / C2758511Current BOM showed LCSC stock 0 for selected UMW variantUse SS34-A / C143201 or SS34-SMB / C908684 if stock is live; still Extended, but low cost.
D2S3M / C2992099Current BOM showed LCSC stock 0Use a stocked S3M/S3MB equivalent only after confirming LCSC live stock; no Basic equivalent was confirmed.
SW1JS0404FP4-S / C712178LCSC stock 0 and high costReplace with DSHP04TS-S / C319050 or DM-04-V / C501537 after pin/footprint review.
J62271729-6 / C432540LCSC stock 0 and expensive for a programming headerUse a generic 1x6 2.54mm THT male header from JLCPCB/LCSC assembly library, or fit manually.
U5MAX9924UAUB+TLCSC stock 0; Mouser/Verical stock onlyKeep unless the VR stage is redesigned. No true LCSC-stocked automotive VR conditioner equivalent was found.
T1Wurth 750341689Mouser stock 0; no LCSC assembly partManual/mechanical validated transformer required.
C_HVGeneric 1.5uF/400V filmNo exact LCSC C-code assignedManual/mechanical validated CDI pulse film capacitor required.
Q12N6509GLCSC stock low; non-BasicAccept as high-energy CDI SCR or replace only with validated TO-220 BT151-600R/equivalent if library/stock confirmed.
TP1-TP6Keystone 4952 / C238118Extended partsAcceptable for debugging; can be DNP/manual-install to reduce assembly cost.
Basic Component Strategy
  • Generic resistors: use JLCPCB Basic 0603 1% where possible; R18/R19 should remain 0805 or larger for HV divider stress.
  • Generic 100nF/10nF/1nF ceramic capacitors: use JLCPCB Basic 0805 X7R/C0G as appropriate.
  • Generic 10uF capacitors: use stocked 0805/1206 MLCC only if voltage derating is acceptable; otherwise use low-ESR electrolytic/polymer.
  • High-energy/HV/mechanical parts are intentionally not forced into Basic components.
Do Not Auto-Optimize Without Review
  • MAX9924 VR interface: replacing it with op-amps/comparators is a circuit redesign, not a BOM swap.
  • TVS and high-voltage rectifiers: choose based on surge/energy/rating, not lowest cost only.
  • CDI SCR, transformer, and 1.5uF/400V film capacitor: safety-critical and vibration-critical.
Pre-Routing Gate
Before PCB routing, manually approve or replace: D1, D2, D9, SW1, J6, U5, T1, C_HV, L2, C6, C21, and Q1 stock status.
