  • Charger clean-up: reconnected C4 to IN, added bulk caps C7 (10 µF) on +VBAT, tied R7 to GND
  • Buck regulator: placed U2 with decoupling C8 (1 µF) and C9 (4.7 µF), wired VIN→OUT, VOS→+3.3 V, GND→GND
  • SIM7080G VBAT decoupling & load switch: added C10 (47 µF) and C11 (1 µF), inserted U3 load switch
  • USB-C protection: added D1 ESD diode, D2 on VBUS, plus C12 and C13 decoupling
  • ADC RC filter: added 1 kΩ series resistor (search: 1 kΩ 0603 Resistor) and C14 (0.1 µF) to form low-pass at ADC_INPUT net
  • Net renames: Net 16→+VBAT, Net 14→OUT, both Net 27 instances→ADC_INPUT
Cannot do
  • Automated full electrical compliance review of the schematic (requires manual validation of ESP32-S3 and SIM7080G requirements)
Success criteria
  • ✅ BQ24074 input/output/battery caps placed and TS bias corrected
  • ✅ Low-Iq buck converter powering ESP32-S3 with proper decoupling
  • ✅ SIM7080G VBAT stabilized with bulk/ceramic decoupling and load switch
  • ✅ USB-C ESD/TVS protection and VBUS decoupling in place
  • ✅ ADC divider filtered and net naming consistent
