Your target is an 8-channel, 5 V sugar-cube relay module with 230 VAC feedback through optocouplers. Before capture, the feedback topology needs one safety-critical clarification: sensing only each relay’s COM (center) contact detects whether mains is present at COM, not whether the relay has switched. To verify output state, each isolated detector should normally sense NO-to-neutral or NC-to-neutral, using a mains-rated resistor network, rectifier/AC-input optocoupler, protection, and appropriate creepage/clearance.
Still required:
- Relay coil current/part number and contact rating
- Logic interface voltage and active-high/active-low behavior
- Whether feedback should monitor NO, NC, or merely COM mains presence
- Neutral availability on the board
- Required isolation class, enclosure, and terminal style
- Driver preference; a ULN2803A is a practical default for eight 5 V coils
Execution stopped because your ACUs ran out.
