Selesai: board sudah dikecilkan menjadi 176 × 44 mm, routing lama yang bermasalah sudah dibersihkan, lalu PCB di-route ulang tanpa mengubah netlist/fungsi rangkaian.
Verifikasi akhir menunjukkan tidak ada DRC warning/error terbuka untuk airwire, dangling trace, overlap copper/trace, invalid layer, dan trace corner.
Catatan: tinggi board saya naikkan dari percobaan 36 mm ke 44 mm karena pad U2 terpotong jika terlalu kecil.

Saya akan kecilkan sisi kanan board agar tepi PCB lebih dekat ke pin/connector OLED1, lalu cek ulang apakah ada pad yang terpotong dan DRC tetap bersih.
Selesai: sisi kanan board sudah dikecilkan mengikuti area pin/connector OLED1. Ukuran PCB sekarang 144 × 44 mm dari sebelumnya 176 × 44 mm.
Saya juga route ulang PCB setelah perubahan outline, dan verifikasi akhir menunjukkan tidak ada DRC error/warning terbuka untuk airwire, dangling trace, overlap copper/trace, invalid layer, dan trace corner.

Important Power Note
The current schematic follows the simplest module-based architecture: TP4056 output is switched to the XIAO 5V/VIN-side input and MAX98357 Vin. Because TP4056 output follows the Li-ion battery voltage, the XIAO input behavior should be verified on hardware. If the XIAO 5V pin requires a true 5 V input for reliable regulation, add either:
  1. a small Li-ion to 5 V boost converter before XIAO 5V, or
  2. use the XIAO's official battery pads/connector if available in the exact board footprint.

Battery life with a 200 mAh cell will be short if WiFi and speaker are active. Expect roughly 30–90 minutes depending on audio volume, display brightness, and wireless duty cycle.
Mechanical Notes for Glasses
  • Put the speaker side near the ear.
  • Keep microphone acoustic port open; do not cover it with frame plastic.
  • Keep XIAO antenna at the outside edge; avoid copper, battery, or metal frame near the antenna end.
  • OLED 0.96 inch is physically large for glasses; if the frame is too bulky, use a smaller display or remove the OLED for a simpler wearable.
