Floating pins are now intentionally marked unused. I’m applying sourced MPN/manufacturer data next, while excluding PCB-only features and unused DNP parts from the BOM instead of inventing part numbers for them.

The sourced inductor package updates created footprint/trace conflicts, so I’m reverting only those footprint-size changes while keeping the MPNs, then I’ll re-check.

Fixed and verified. The floating pins are resolved, generic assembled BOM items now have manufacturer/MPN data, and PCB-only/DNP items are excluded from BOM/PnP as appropriate.
Open items:
  • No remaining ERROR/WARNING/OPEN review items found in DRC, ERC, Manufacturing, or Passive Components.
  • Routing still reports 0 airwires and 0 dangling traces.
Suggested next steps:
  1. Export BOM/Gerbers/pick-and-place for manufacturing.
  2. Do a final visual schematic/layout pass before ordering.
