PCB Design Questions

flux

I completed a fresh live audit without changing the circuit, placement, outline, or routing.
Confirmed
  • 0 airwires
  • USB clearance passes
  • ESP32 antenna keepout only flags its owning module
  • No verified defect was altered
Still preventing final approval
  • The board preflight returns a generic BOARD_DEFINITION_GENERIC validation error without identifying the underlying object.
  • Three protected USB breakout segments are reported as redundant but appear intentional; they were preserved.
  • Non-blocking advisories remain for D5 pin metadata and C6 decoupling placement.
An independent bare-PCB review completed, but I could not retrieve its final verdict. Therefore, the board is not yet certified for manufacturing. Execution stopped because your ACUs ran out.
"ESP32 PCB Fabrication" completed.

flux

I couldn’t retrieve and reconcile the executor’s fabrication report, so I made no additional changes and cannot honestly approve the board for manufacturing.
The last confirmed state still requires final verification of:
  • Zero airwires and unintended redundant traces
  • USB D+/D− breakout clearance and continuity
  • C6 decoupling warning
  • ESP32 antenna keepout warning
  • Complete fabrication DRC/DFM results
Do not order the PCB until these checks pass. Execution stopped because your ACUs ran out.
"ESP32 Board Review" completed.

flux

I couldn’t retrieve the completed ESP32 Board Review report, so I could not reconcile its findings or make any further verified corrections. The project remains in its previous state and is not certified for manufacturing.
The final approval still requires confirming:
  • 0 airwires and no unintended redundant traces
  • USB D+/D− continuity and minimum clearance
  • No blocking board-definition or fabrication DRC errors
  • C6 decoupling and ESP32 antenna-keepout findings are advisory only
Execution stopped because your ACUs ran out.
