Awaiting 1 background task
Received notification from "PCB Placement Corrections" that it finished — picking the work back up.
I preserved your manually adjusted J4 and LED placement and stopped the earlier correction passes that could overwrite them. A replacement pass was dispatched to handle only the remaining U1 support, C4/U5, USB support, buck-stage, pump-stage, and antenna-keepout work.
I could not inspect or reconcile that executor’s completed changes, so their exact state is unverified. Before routing, the live board still needs a read-only check confirming:
  • J4 and all LEDs remained unchanged.
  • U1, C1, and R2 clear the center-hole and antenna regions.
  • C4 is properly oriented beside U5.
  • U6/R9/R10/U7 are suitably arranged behind J4.
  • U3/L1/C18–C22/R11/R12 and Q1/D2/R7/R8 are compact and clear.
  • The antenna copper keepout exists across all copper layers.
  • No new overlaps, bounds errors, or center-hole violations were introduced.
Execution stopped because your ACUs ran out.

Bottom Cluster Placement Review
Scope and result
All seven named Bottom-side functional clusters were refined sequentially. J1, J2, J3, J4, both switches, the LED ring, mounting holes, test points, MCU, and every Top-side object were left unchanged. ESP32 antenna/Top-side placement work was explicitly deferred.
Cluster-by-cluster status
1. J1 power entry / CAN — Completed

F1 is aligned near J1 pin 1, D1 is nearby without overlapping F1, U2's CAN side faces J1, and C3 is directly adjacent to U2's VCC/GND side. F1 was shifted left after the mounting-hole constraint was added.
2. U3 12 V to 5 V buck — Completed

U3 remained at (14.05, 6.12), 0°. C18/C19 are at VIN/GND, C20 bridges BOOT/SW, L1 is on the SW side, C21/C22 are immediately downstream, and R11/R12 are on the quiet FB side.
3. U4 5 V to 3V3 buck — Completed

The entire U4 group was shifted downward as a unit to preserve separation from the completed U3 stage. Input bypassing, SW/BOOT/VCC support, output capacitors, FB divider, and PG pull-up are grouped by their U4 pins.
4. J2 load-cell / ADC — Completed

R18/R19 remain between fixed J2 and U8. C32 is just above U8, C29/C30 decouple the supply sides, C31 is at the CAP pins, and R20/R21/C33 form a compact reference-filter group on the quiet side. Parts were adjusted to clear the upper-left M3 keep-away.
5. J3 pump driver — Completed with fixed-geometry limitation

R824.70-23.10270°
Q1/D2 and the gate network are compact and clear. They cannot be moved substantially closer to fixed J3 without entering the lower-right M3 keep-away, colliding with fixed/user-positioned SW2, or moving J3. The fixed J3 footprint itself is only 1.665 mm from that hole's center-to-rectangle boundary and therefore pre-exists inside the requested 3.5 mm keep-away; J3 was not moved.
6. J4 USB-C — Completed

U70.00-30.4090°
R95.10-16.70
R10-5.00-16.70180°
U6 is immediately above the J4 D+/D- row with its paired channels facing the connector. R9/R10 flank the connector above its contact row. U7 is directly behind J4 with sufficient clearance from the deep receptacle shell; an initially closer trial caused J4/U7 copper overlap and was corrected.
7. Buttons — Completed

Table

PartFinal X (mm)Final Y (mm)Rotation
R1-21.70-19.80
C2-20.90-24.70180°
SW1 and SW2 were kept fixed. R1/C2 were tightened around SW1. SW2/R3 already had appropriate close spacing, so R3 was not moved.
Mounting-hole keep-away verification
Four M3_NPTH centers were observed and checked with a 3.5 mm radius keep-away:
  • (-16.2197, 16.7251) mm
  • (17.9428, 15.3949) mm
  • (22.6698, -9.8699) mm
  • (-12.5279, -20.0898) mm
All moved component body/pad bounding rectangles are outside every 3.5 mm-radius zone. Closest moved parts are:

Table

PartNearest holeBoundary distance
C32upper-left4.108 mm
R19upper-left4.113 mm
D2lower-right4.260 mm
F1upper-right4.347 mm
The only named fixed-object intrusion is J3 at 1.665 mm from the lower-right hole's center-to-footprint boundary; correcting it would violate the instruction not to move J3.
Final validation evidence
Final layout checks report:
  • No component-body overlap errors
  • No overlapping-copper errors
  • No pad-access-clearance errors
  • No keepout errors
  • No component-outside-board errors
  • Three remaining edge-placement errors: J2, J3, and J4, all pre-existing and explicitly allowed to remain
Top-side and ESP32 antenna-placement findings were not optimized in this pass and are deferred by scope.
