Flower LED PCB Sketch

Yes—I’ll reshape each 15-LED strand into a stronger botanical curve with varied sweep, asymmetry, and gently fanned tips, while preserving spacing, branch order, and routeability. I’ll then recheck overlaps and board-edge clearance before showing the placement checkpoint.

The ten LED strands now use distinct asymmetric S-curves, stronger outward sweeps, and gently fanned tips. Independent validation passed: 150 LEDs, close-paired decouplers, and zero overlaps, out-of-bounds parts, or keepout violations.
Before routing, the remaining cleanup is USB-C edge alignment, final ESP32 antenna-zone definition, and silkscreen refinement.

LED Strand Refinement Report
Result
All 150 LEDs remain assigned to their original ten 15-LED branches and retain sequential data order. Each strand now uses a distinct two-stage, S-like botanical sweep with tangent-oriented LEDs. C1–C150 moved with their associated LEDs and remain on the bottom layer at the same local XY positions for tight pairing.
Curve style by branch
  1. Branch 1 — LED1–LED15: Strong lower-left sweep that bows outward early, then curls upward along the far-left canopy edge.
  2. Branch 2 — LED16–LED30: Complementary left outer petal; a high outward arc transitions into a tighter inward return toward the trunk, preserving the reverse serpentine direction.
  3. Branch 3 — LED31–LED45: Tall left-inner S-curve with a nearly vertical lower rise and a pronounced outward upper bend.
  4. Branch 4 — LED46–LED60: Narrow left-center tendril with an inward lower arc and a soft outward hook near the tip.
  5. Branch 5 — LED61–LED75: Inner-left stem with a gentle upright lower curve and a loose upper curl toward the central crown.
  6. Branch 6 — LED76–LED90: Inner-right counterpart with different curvature: a flowing upper return and a slightly offset, near-vertical root section.
  7. Branch 7 — LED91–LED105: Tall right-inner S-curve, bending right through the middle and then opening upward into the crown.
  8. Branch 8 — LED106–LED120: Right-center tendril with a stronger outward upper arc and a swept-back lower section.
  9. Branch 9 — LED121–LED135: Broad outer-right botanical arc that opens gradually and finishes with an upward-fanned tip.
  10. Branch 10 — LED136–LED150: Strong far-right sweep with the most pronounced outward reach and a curling return toward the lower trunk.
Adjacent odd/even branch tips and even/odd branch roots remain paired for the existing R1–R9 serpentine boundary links. R1–R9 were repositioned near the revised endpoint midpoints.

Existing non-strand advisories
The prior non-critical J2 edge-offset advisory and C163/C164/C166 decoupling-loop advisories remain unchanged; they are unrelated to this LED strand refinement.
