Created a 34 × 36 × 27 mm gray PETG box around the PCB, with a separate four-screw lid and board-retaining clips, designed for a 0.4 mm FDM nozzle; no connector openings were needed. Modeled fit checks passed, but the capacitor envelope, solder allowance, clip fit, and screw pilots remain provisional—measure the assembled board and print a fit coupon before final printing. Dimensions, CAD assets, and verification details are in the enclosure report; the shape, lid style, and height can all be refined.
